Estimates, Payments & Invoicing
All cost estimates provided are based on the initial project assessment and may be subject to adjustments due to material fluctuations or unforeseen site conditions.
A deposit may be required before work commences, with remaining balances due as per agreed payment terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details and ensure access to the worksite as required. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and approvals, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any modifications to the original project scope may result in additional costs and require an updated agreement.
Workmanship Warranty & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer limited warranties as specified in individual contracts. Zeetek Construction Corp is not responsible for damages resulting from external factors, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications made after project completion. Liability for any claims or damages is limited to the contract value of the specific project.
Project Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly, and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the percentage of work completed and incurred costs.
Intellectual Property & Website Use
All website content, including images, logos, and written material, is the exclusive property of Zeetek Construction Corp and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express permission.
Compliance & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes or claims will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
